Bell peppers

Shopping list

  • green, red, yellow bell peppers
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • paprika

Additionally

  • high temp cooking oil (grapeseed, canola, etc)
  • wok (or pan capable of high temps)
  • powerful heat source

Cook

  1. Chop peppers into strips (couple inches long)
  2. Heat oil in wok at high heat, 500f
  3. Add peppers when screaming hot
  4. Cook until reasonably charred
    • add oil as needed
    • around 8 to 10 minutes
  5. Lower heat
  6. Add seasonings
    • salt
    • pepper
    • onion and garlic powder
    • paprika
