This morning I went to my office in the garage, and found the first ~4 feet by the door flooded. Luckily my office has poly, 2" of XPS and two layers of plywood on top of that, so it’s totally dry - but what the crap man :/

Four of the gutters terminate only a couple inches from the house (and some are actually below grade).

So used scrap materials I had on hand to get the water away from the house, until I can do something better.
